Trained à la carte chef and dietician. Also have training in hotel & restaurant administration. Have previously worked at hotels and restaurants (among others Hotel Kramer, Restaurant Gourmet), an experimental kitchen, a pre-school and a hospital.

Trained à la carte chef. Also trained in Global Environmental Care (included ecological food).
  Sahida Sucic, chef

Trained cook. Have worked in Bladins kitchen for many years and previously at a pre-school.
 

Claudia Leon, chef

 

Trained à la carte chef/cold-buffet manageress. Have worked in the kitchen at SAS Radisson, at Cecilias Kök in Höllviken (now called Bruschetta) and she has also had her own café/salad bar.
